Onsite Service
will be invoiced at an hourly rate of $125.00 per hour.
Travel Time
will be invoiced at an hourly rate of $75.00 per hour Phone Consultation will be invoiced at an hourly rate of $125.00 per hour (There is a 1 hour minimum billing for 1st. hour then 15 minute increments) Data Servers Under 250 gigabyte total storage $125.00 per month, billed in 3 month blocks. Software/Firmware programing will be on a quote basis with customer provided written “scope of work” ($1,000.00 minimum).
Video Conference Bridging
will be invoiced at $0.60 a minute per participant
Audio Conference Bridging
will be invoiced at $0.30 a minute per participant
SERVICE CALLS Onsite Service will be invoiced at an hourly rate of $125.00 per hour. (There is a 3 hour minimum billing per site visit)
Travel Time will be invoiced at an hourly rate of $75.00 per hour plus mileage at 75 cents per mile from our Marion Indiana office. (Additional travel expenses, tolls, motel, food etc. will be billed at cost)
